Subsea Project Management
- FEED studies to develop well and project goals and requirements

- Develop and manage large bore tubular, wellhead and tree system options and procurement
- Client rep to oversee equipment manufacture, build, testing and delivery of new build or refurbished subsea equipment
- Review and manage tooling and equipment requirements for proposed LBTs, wellhead and tree systems
- Develop and manage HP risers, dual bore and mono bore risers, SSTT/ landing strings requirements
- Manage costs and resources from budgetary estimates to final AFE
- Manage interfaces with production and intervention control systems
- Manage interfaces with subsea infrastructure
- Review and develop BOP and riser monitoring, tethering and data gathering systems requirements
- Review and manage all RIG and 3rd party interfaces with subsea equipment and tooling
- Manage conductor, risers, landing string analysis
- Manage ROV procurement, installations, specific project requirements, interfaces and operations
- Provision of offshore supervisors for well operations on a rigs, platforms, intervention vessels and DSVs
